Terms and conditions

• The promoter of this prize draw is Blair & Sheridan, 417 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G4 9JA.
• Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Blair & Sheridan, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form via the Wild in Art app.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
• The closing date for entries is 16th August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
• The winner will receive a bespoke diamond and sapphire pendant created by Blair & Sheridan with an approximate retail value of £1,800.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Blair & Sheridan reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
• The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form within 14 days of the closing date.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days of notification, or is unable to accept the prize, Blair & Sheridan reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw, including the use of their first name, general location and photograph. Any such participation will be subject to the winner’s consent.
• Personal information supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Blair & Sheridan’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Blair & Sheridan reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The decision of Blair & Sheridan regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
