As a bespoke jeweller,  the ethos of our company is to provide our clients with a one to one customer service driven approach.  We have an excellent team of people who are integral to the success of Blair and Sheridan.  Through being self-sufficient — combined with a diverse and comprehensive skill set — we are able to create beautiful finished pieces for our customers from initial idea through to completion.

Douglas has honed his expert Design and Goldsmithing techniques over two decades experience working in the jewellery industry.  His vast array of skills cover all areas of bench and metal work whilst also being an accomplished stone setter working with all types of diamonds,  precious and semi-precious stones.  Douglas is an exceptionally talented jewellery designer and regularly works alongside our clients to design individual and unique ring and jewellery pieces from initial concept drawings through to remarkable one-off designs.

Roddy has been working as a Diamonds/Precious Stones Specialist and Jewellery Designer for almost 20 years.  A qualified polished diamond grader,  Roddy accesses the finest diamonds and precious stones from the worldwide market for exclusive use by our customers in their bespoke rings and jewellery.  Expertly guiding clients through the stone selection process, he passes on a greater understanding of their unique qualities and attributes.

Alastair has been working as a Goldsmith and Stone Setter for 40 years.  His skill set is vast and his craftsmanship is masterful.  Alastair’s speciality is setting intricate jewellery pieces and due to his comprehensive career is a very good problem solver when complex challenges arise.

Carla’s customer care skills and attention to detail are second to none with over 16 years experience in the jewellery trade.  Carrying out many of our client consultations Carla’s design skills are utilised where she develops ideas into beautifully finished items of jewellery.  Carla oversees our social media activities and is a fully qualified Diamond Grader – she is currently studying an advanced coloured stones course.

Rhona is a wonderfully talented Goldsmith who’s been in the industry for 20 years.  Trained at Glasgow School of Art,  she is very exacting and passionately cares about her craft which is reflected in the stunning pieces she creates.

Gerrard has been working as a Goldsmith and CAD specialist for over 35 years. His experience in jewellery making is extensive and he has a truly accomplished skill set. Gerrard has a wonderful technical know-how in many aspects of jewellery making.

With over 20 years in the jewellery making industry,  Dawn has a vast knowledge of her craft and a wide range of stone setting techniques.  She interprets our customers designs bringing the most exquisite and detailed pieces to life.

Debbie joined Blair and Sheridan in 2019 and manages the website, in-house graphics, copy writing, advertising and marketing. With a number of years experience in graphic design and magazine publishing, Debbie brings her creative flair and keen eye for detail to the business.
